Oversized & Heavy Cargo Logistics from China

Every oversized or heavy shipment is a unique engineering and routing problem. We plan each move around your cargo's real dimensions and weight—coordinating trucking, port handling, lashing, and vessel type before a single container leaves the warehouse.

Project Cargo Handled Right

No Two Oversized Shipments Are the Same

Machinery, steel coils, generators, vehicles, and industrial equipment don't fit standard container rules. Before we quote a move, we map cargo dimensions, gross weight, loading method, and destination handling capacity against available breakbulk and RoRo sailings—so the plan that leaves Guangzhou is the plan that arrives intact.

How We Plan Your Move

Project-Specific Logistics Planning

Every oversized cargo plan is built around eight coordinated decisions. Skipping any one of them is how heavy shipments end up stuck at a port with no crane, no low-bed truck, or no lashing plan approved for sailing.

Cargo Dimensions & Weight

We verify length, width, height, and gross weight before quoting—these numbers determine which vessels, cranes, and trucks can legally and safely move your cargo.

Loading Method

Crane lift, forklift, or ramp roll-on—the correct loading method is chosen based on cargo shape, weight distribution, and the equipment available at origin and destination.

Trucking & Inland Haulage

Flatbed, low-bed, and multi-axle trucks are arranged based on cargo footprint, with route checks for bridge height and road weight limits from factory to port.

Port Handling

We confirm terminal crane capacity, laydown space, and berth scheduling in advance so cargo isn't delayed waiting for equipment that isn't available on arrival.

Lashing & Securing

Cargo is secured with chains, wire lashing, or custom cradles calculated for weight and center of gravity, following vessel operator lashing requirements for open-deck stowage.

Breakbulk Shipping

For cargo too large or heavy for standard containers, we book breakbulk vessel space and coordinate crane lifts directly onto the ship's deck or hold.

Envío RoRo

Vehicles, rolling machinery, and wheeled equipment are booked on roll-on/roll-off vessels, avoiding crane lift costs and reducing handling risk.

Special Equipment Coordination

Mobile cranes, hydraulic gantries, spreader bars, and flat-rack containers are arranged in advance for cargo that requires more than standard lifting gear.

Before We Can Quote

Information We Need to Plan Oversized Cargo

Accurate details upfront prevent re-quoting, missed trucking bookings, and cargo that arrives at port without the right equipment reserved. Send us the following before your cargo is ready to move.

1

Cargo Description

What the cargo is (machinery, steel, vehicle, generator, etc.), its material, and whether it's assembled or requires disassembly for transport.

2

Dimensiones

Length, width, and height in meters or feet, including any irregular protrusions that affect the loading envelope.

3

Gross Weight

Total weight including packaging or skid, plus weight distribution if the cargo is unevenly balanced.

4

Pickup Location

Factory or warehouse address, plus any access restrictions such as narrow roads, low bridges, or limited loading equipment on-site.

5

Destino

Destination port or final delivery address, and whether customs clearance and door delivery are required at the far end.

6

Photos or Drawings

Photos, technical drawings, or a datasheet where available—these help us confirm the correct crane, truck, and lashing plan before quoting.
